Cancellation & Refund Policy

Mr. Shaik Abubakar Siddiq believes in helping customers to the best of his ability, and thus offers a liberal cancellation policy. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request:
    Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

  • Non-Cancellable Items:
    Mr. Shaik Abubakar Siddiq does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.


2. Refund/Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed once the merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue. The report must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Product Quality Issues:
    If you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, our team will decide the appropriate course of action.

  • Warranty-Related Issues:
    For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund Approval:
    In case a refund is approved, please note that the processing time is approximately 6-8 business days from the approval date.
